Legally speaking, it is important to have a privacy statement. Personally speaking, I like the clarity.
At the moment we don’t directly collect any personal information from you. However, our email subscription service is run via MailChimp, so we do have access to the information that you supply there. Rest assured that we won’t be sharing or selling your information. The only exception to that principle, is if we are legally required to provide your information.
You may, however, be providing personal information to blip.tv, Facebook, Youtube and a host of different websites and providers. They will all have their own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Statements, with which you should make yourself familiar.
